Name, nickname, email, phone number, user ID, company information, invoice and delivery data.
Orders, authorization results, and payment tokens (credit card data is processed by payment institutions; we do not retain complete card numbers).

The above complies with the definition of the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). You may exercise your rights under Article 3 of the PDPA (inquiry and review, copy production, correction, cessation of processing and use, deletion).

Data may be transmitted, processed, and stored at cloud locations in the United States (including states other than Wyoming) or other regions. If Taiwan authorities restrict cross-border transfers in specific circumstances, the Company will take necessary legal/technical measures or cease such transfers.

We may conduct automated detection or scoring for risks and abuse; if it significantly affects your rights, you may request explanation and manual review.
In Taiwan, 18 years old is the age of full legal capacity; use by those under 18 requires consent from legal guardians.
Application method: Send to [email protected] or through online application form; to protect rights, identity verification may be required and responses will be provided within the statutory or reasonable period. Administrative fees may be charged based on cost (except where legally restricted).
General logs are retained for 30 days; billing and tax data are retained for 5 years as required by law. We employ encryption, access minimization, audit trails, backup, and incident reporting procedures; when necessary, affected parties will be notified according to law or contract.
