You must have full legal capacity (18 years or older) or have consent from a legal guardian. You must provide accurate information, properly secure your account credentials and API keys, and are responsible for all activities and charges under your account.
This service provides AI model access, inference and data processing tools, APIs/plugins, cloud functionality, and management interfaces. We may adjust, suspend, or terminate certain features at any time based on operational, compliance, or security needs, with reasonable notice. Beta/trial/free plans may be changed or discontinued at any time.
Prohibited:
Illegal content or infringement, unauthorized scraping and mass data extraction, spam, malicious software
Intrusion and attacks, reverse engineering, or bypassing rate limits
Input of data or purposes that violate export control or sanctions regulations
The company may immediately implement risk management measures including throttling, limiting, suspension, key blocking, content removal, and evidence preservation; when necessary, notify regulatory authorities or partners.
Pricing plans, billing cycles, overage fees, and refund policies are as specified on the checkout page and order confirmation; payment processing is handled by partner institutions.
For Taiwan consumers (B2C) in telecommunications transactions, you may cancel the contract within seven days from the next day; however, reasonable exceptions apply for digital content provided without physical media with prior consent, customized services, etc. The purchase page will clearly inform you and request your consent by checkbox.
The rights to this service's software, interfaces, documentation, logos, and databases belong to the company or its licensors. You retain rights to your uploaded data; you grant the company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free limited license to use such data only within the necessary scope of providing services, operations, security, compliance, and dispute resolution.
If you provide suggestions or feedback to the company, you agree that the company may use and incorporate them into product improvements without compensation, without disclosing your confidential information.
Integrated third-party SDKs/APIs/datasets operate under their respective third-party terms. If they pose significant risks, the company may stop or limit integration.
This service is provided "as is" and "as available"; we do not guarantee error-free, uninterrupted service, fitness for a particular purpose, or meeting your expectations. We provide no warranties for free, trial, or Beta features.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages; total liability for direct damages is limited to the amount you actually paid for the service in the six (6) months prior to the dispute (consumer mandatory provisions are handled separately according to their regulations).
You warrant that you own or have obtained the necessary rights and consents for uploaded data and usage methods, and that they will not cause the company to infringe or violate laws; if third parties make claims or regulatory authorities take action due to your conduct, you agree to indemnify the company for any resulting damages (including reasonable attorney fees and litigation costs).
You may not use this service for activities that violate U.S. Export Administration Regulations (EAR), OFAC sanctions, or other applicable sanctions laws; upon discovery, the company may immediately suspend access and cooperate as required by law.
Governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan); jurisdiction lies with Taipei District Court or legally permitted small claims court as the court of first instance; mediation may also be sought from local government consumer protection officials.
Unless otherwise specified in a separate Master Service Agreement (MSA), both parties agree to apply Wyoming state law (excluding conflict of laws rules) and conduct arbitration online or remotely under American Arbitration Association (AAA) Commercial Arbitration Rules, deemed to be conducted in Wyoming; arbitration language is English, and awards may be recognized and enforced by courts with jurisdiction.
Language: In case of inconsistency between Chinese and English versions, the English version shall prevail; however, for Taiwan consumer mandatory provisions, the interpretation favorable to consumers shall apply.
Significant changes will be announced with the effective date specified; those involving major rights or pricing will be notified within a reasonable period in advance.
